SRI LANKA TEA TIME

Sri_Lanka_teaI became friends with the guys at this restaurant after coming here everyday for lunch and tea. The cook upstairs invited me over to his place for dinner. Once I found out he didn’t have a wife I made sure to have other plans :/ Great tea, great food! Bawan Restaurant in Haputale Sri Lanka.

    do you know how they prepare that tea? 🙂 do they use some special ingrediences? I would like to try it 🙂

      Hi!

      Late relpy…it’s just fine black tea with milk and sugar. If you want it more like chai just add, cinnamon stick, Cardamon, Clove and star anise.
