Here’s a shot from Kauai that was taken with my 5d mark ll. It’s amazing how poor color can appear and yet within the file there’s information that exists that just needs to be adjusted. There’s so much light bouncing around outside and sometimes you can only do your best with a neutral exposure and then make it look awesome in post. I don’t do heavy retouching but I do focus a lot on color, contrast and of course lighting.
